Nedbank launches 360 Life, a new range of life insurance products

Nedgroup Life, a division of the Nedbank Group, launched a new suite of integrated life insurance products last week. Positioned as 360Life, the product range is designed to cater to all life stages and ages across the full pricing spectrum.

360 Life is to provide flexible life cover solutions ranging from accidental death insurance, disability insurance to critical illness insurance and income protection plans. The launch of 360 Life has coincided with the launch of a product entitled Become, a wellness program that will enable policyholders to earn premium discounts of up to 20% for following a number of wellness and health enhancing guidelines.

Activities such as swimming, surfskiing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking and a number of other regular physical activities can earn policyholders Become points or premium discounts, which are reimbursed into a health wallet with an annual cash redemption option.

According to Nedgroup Life CEO Lance Blumeris, Nedbank believes that it has created something truly different that looks set "to redefine the life insurance industry in this country.” He also added that the life insurance company was now well positioned to offer state-of-the-art life cover products utilising a cutting-edge technology platform.
